| Description: | François Carillon sourced Chardonnay grapes from Southern France to compensate for the 2021 spring frost losses. These grapes, grown on clay-limestone soil, are vinified and aged in Puligny-Montrachet using the same methods as other Burgundy wines, with 20% new oak barrels for 11 months. The resulting wine has a lively, fruity nose and exotic fruit flavors with a fresh finish. |
