| Description: | The 2020 Côteaux Bourguignons comes three small parcels that ripen at different times and aged for 12 months in barrel. It has a well-defined, surprisingly mineralité and tension, razor-sharp and focused with vibrant red plum and cranberry fruit. The palate is very well balanced, th 50% whole bunch lending a subtle pepperiness. It feels tender but sustained on the finish. Gamay at its best. |
